We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and our scheduling teams in Bangalore.
48h+ Notice100% Refund
Full refund of the token advance amount.
24h-48h Notice50% Refund
50% of the token advance is refunded.
< 24h NoticeNo Refund
Advance amount is forfeited for logistics prep.
Claims for Damage
In the rare event of transit damage, claims must be filed within 24 hours of unloading at the destination. We will investigate the claim and provide compensation based on the insurance terms or service agreement.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card) within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
