Booking & Payments

• 01.All bookings are confirmed only after a formal token advance is received.
• 02.50% of the total quote is payable upon loading, and the remaining balance is due before unloading at the destination.
• 03.Quotes are subject to change if the actual inventory differs significantly from the list shared during estimation.

Restricted Items

For safety reasons, we do not transport flammable items (petrol, diesel, gas cylinders), explosives, jewelry, high-value currency, perishable food items, or illegal substances. Customers are advised to carry personal documents and valuable jewelry themselves.

Liability & Insurance

While we take maximum care, AM Logistics is not liable for functional failure of electronic items unless there is visible external damage caused by mishandling. We strongly recommend opting for transit insurance for all long-distance intercity moves.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
